How do i find a date my federal refund will be released and find my stimulus payment ?

The IRS accpect my refund but there no dates on refund or stimulus payment check

Check the IRS website and update your bank information if necessary. 

 AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.  Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

I did everything you said in the message but some reason my federal refund on taxes from doesn’t match is what the site says for stimulus check and I need to know how I can get that fix so I can put in my bank account information
