How do I file? The program is stuck in a loop, it won't let me print or efile any of my returns. How do I get past this point?

How do I file? The program is stuck in a loop, it won't let me print or efile any of my returns. How do I get past this point?

Log out of TurboTax, clear your cache and cookies.

Log back into your return and "Pick up where you left off"

If that doesn't work you can try using a different browser.
