Filing a zero return for the stimulus check is basically futile ... a paper return will zero income will either not be processed fast enough or will be pitched in the shredder.
Anyone receiving SS or VA benefits already will automatically get a check ... it will be Direct Deposited if your regular check is DD to the same account.
VA disability income is not entered on a tax return.

If you are trying to file a return for stimulus purposes, you can file with all zeros and mail in your return. You can also download a 1040 from IRS,gov. Include your direct deposit information on page 2, 1040.
