How do i file a previous year tax return

Last year I filled for state tax, but someone it did not get completed and I never completed it. Therefore, I did not get CA state tax return. Can I still file for last year's state tax and get a return?

Go to below TurboTax website to purchase and download the prior tax year desktop editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Prior year tax returns can only be printed and mailed, they cannot be e-filed.

You can file the current year return using TurboTax Online and this can be done prior to filing your 2015 return.
