A 2022 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

Or if you were actually referring to tax year 2023 you can use TurboTax to complete and e-file a 2023 tax return at any time on or before October 15, 2024 using either the online or desktop editions.
