How do I do an amendment on a 1040-X form for my 2023 tax year.

I paid weekly taxes on my live-in caregiver job in 2023 and did not have to due to IRS Notice 2014-7.  How do I amend this before I file my 2023 taxes?

You do not amend if you did not yet file.  How did you pay the taxes?  Through the IRS directly?  If so, then you would enter the payments as estimated payments.
