How do I delete a W-2 entered by mistake?

It should have been entered as a 1099-R.

To delete a W-2 entry:

1. Open your return in TurboTax.
   (To do this, sign in to TurboTax and click the blue Take me to my return button.)
2. Using the search feature in the upper right, search for "w-2" (lower case, with or without the dash) and then click the "Jump to" link in the search results.
3. A W-2 screen will open. On this screen you can delete the W-2 entry

U have to press CONTINUE, after u delete W2 or it will still be there.
