How do I correct printing of return?

Our return is incomplete when it prints.  Deleting left  side of page entirely, cutting off top of page, giberish on some pages, nothing is printing in correct space.  Will fax you copy if that will help.  Return is totally unacceptable.  When may I receive a response that will allow me to correct this problem?

Would you please select Online at the top left side of your screen and then select Check for Updates. This will download any updates for your program including any form updates. Now, Turbotax desktop users that have completed the final review phase and want to print out their federal and/or state tax return need to select the Print Center at the top right hand side of their screen. A screen will appear giving the taxpayer the option of selecting what form(s) (i.e., Tax return only, Tax return key calculation worksheet, Form only, etc...), they would like to print along with the option to print the federal return/form(s), state return/form(s) or both and instructions. If you are still having a problem please let us know.
