How do I cancel me filing my taxes right now and it being sent in on January!

A 2024 tax return cannot be e-filed until after January 1, 2025 so whatever you have completed will not be filed.

You complete your tax return by finishing the File section.  To e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".  The File tab is not even available at this time.
