How do I amend the "Additional Information From 2024 Tax Return" Page, which is the last of the return? The information relates to Form 1116, but the field is not there.

The final page of my return is "Additional Information From 2024 Tax Return". As part of it there is a field that displays a comment relating the Foreign Tax Credit that must be typed in manually. When I initially went through the data input I just entered a placeholder as the field was required for me to move on. I can't find how to go back and change the comment related to the deduction for the Foreign Tax credit. Deleting and restarting the Foreign Tax Credit section again is not an option. Any ideas how to amend this comment?
