How do I access my bank information to see where my money was sent. It says on where's my refund its sent. But nothing was sent to my account

I would suggest you check your printed or electronically stored return. There will be a few cover pages from TurboTax. In the refund section, if you chose direct deposit, you would see the account number there. Also, on the form 1040 in the refund section, you will also see the account and routing number you entered. Please confirm the information is correct. If the information is correct, allow 5 days from the deposit day for the bank to process the refund. If it shows an incorrect account then more than likely the refund will be returned to the IRS and they will mail you a check.
