I just filed my taxes and there still pending is there any way to change my payment method

No. Not unless the IRS rejects it for something. Which won't be until Jan 27, 2021 or later.

No. If you already e-filed you cannot change how you want to receive your refund or change whether you want to try to get the advance. it is too late.
