How come I haven't gotten my stimulus check I filed my taxes with you

The IRS has not given TurboTax any official guidance as to when stimulus payments for every taxpayer will be released. As long as you provided your direct deposit information/card information or mailing address information, you will receive the stimulus when it is released to you (as long as you otherwise qualify for it).

Also, the IRS rolled out the "Get My Payment" tool here. According to IRS.gov, you can use the "Get My Payment" application to:

• Check your payment status
• Confirm your payment type: direct deposit or check
• Enter your bank account information for direct deposit if the IRS doesn't  have your direct deposit information and if they haven't sent your payment yet.
• Receive paper check payments: If you moved since you last filed, let us know your new mailing address.

I filed back in March and I received my refund but not my stimulus check and every time I tried to use the payment portal it keeps telling me that the information that I entered doesn't match what the IRS has on file..but how do they not when turbotax did my taxes for me..

Have you heard anything back? Their phone number you can't get thru, you post certain things to the Community Forum and the TurboTax bouncers take it down, and the only answers are these generic ones pulled from IRS gov. I have the TurboTax card the one you get from the advance. If you have that, hang it up, you won't see your stimulus. I changed my direct deposit information in the stimulus portal on the IRS site and that's a sham. You know why? Once the attempt to deposit funds is made by the IRS and it rejects a paper check will automatically be issued! Some people I know have received paperwork after receiving their checks and it states this. So now "all of us direct deposit rejects" gotta wait till around May 15th now. Turbo Tax won't tell you that. But I'm waiting for more then 5 people to reply to your post saying they got theirs. I bet they won't!!!

• I beg your pardon mam, but that isn't true. Whatever information the IRS had in it's system at the time the attempt was made to deposit fund, if that payment rejected for whatever reason, a paper check will be sent. Not one person I know who has used ANY of the turbo tax products received their Stimulus yet. Not one. I will wait to see what comes of all this. I am sure if any parties tried to misuse funds, it will be on the news. If any liability falls on TurboTax. I atleast want a refund of all the fees I paid to file my taxes. Geeesh! All the articles I'm reading says you all charge for services we get free thru the IRA site. This was my last year filing thru TurboTax. I will keep my $349.00 in my pocket next year!
