How come I can't get my prepaid card to verify my id?

This is not helpful because the phone number listed is automated message and does not allow you to speak to a real person.  It does not help you with this issue and there is no one to speak to to get real help.  I have been dealing with this issue for months and am paying fees for a card that I cannot use.

The website tells me my information has already been received. It will not allow me to resubmit. Been same for months now. Card, customer service, website all useless and unhelpful. I’m beginning to think it’s a fraudulent way to keep my money. People have reported these issues all over the internet and I’ve yet to see an answer how anyone actually solved it. Would not recommend using the prepaid card.

How do I Speak to a Live Person at Turbotax

First of all, you have to dial [phone number removed] (1-800-4-INTUIT)

After that, press 1.

Now, press 1 for the US or press 2 for Canada.

After that, you will automatically connect with the live person from Turbotax.
