It is not possible to track the Turbo Tax prepaid card. You can use this link to contact support for questions on its whereabouts:

·Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #1 again, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instruction

This is annoying  call the customer line for green dot. Says never recieved card option then asks for the last 4 digits of the card if not given they hang up on me. I'm really about to call a lawyer this is bull**bleep** where the **bleep** is my money

When you call the customer service number, select the option that your money went to a card you do not own. This will get you to a live representative with the fraud department.

When i call about tracking my card it says i have 2 cards on file but i havent received any cards.its been over 3 weeks and stilk no card.what do i do?

They can't get it from Apt. Mail box it's a set up I called a lawyer and I called irs they may not be open next year I been hearing that in many places they owe over billions to everybody they scammed....

Yeah but green dot is going to tell you to call turbotax prepaid card number that they don't so Idk if your lying or they are
