I want to send my refund to my prepaid Amex serve acct

Once you have reached the end of your tax return, select the File tab at the top of the program, when you reach the question that asks "How would you like your refund" select Direct Deposit. You will then enter the routing number and account number for the prepaid card. If you are unsure if the card has a routing and account number, please call  American Express Serve customer service at 1-800-954-0559.
