How can I reopen a tax return from a previous year. When I go under your tax returns and documents it only allows me to download and print.

Online is closed for 2024 and prior.  If you need to open your return you need to download the tax data file ending in .tax2023 or .tax 2024 etc.  and install that  year's desktop program to open it on your computer.  You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install the desktop program.  If you paid for the Online return you can ask customer service to put the program download in your account.
