HOW CAN I PRINT form 8867?

I CANNOT FIND FORM 8867 IN TURBOTAX. I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLETE THE FORM AND PRINT IT.

That form is used only by professional tax preparers in conjunction with qualifying taxpayers for certain tax credits.  The form is not included in TurboTax, since returns prepared with our software are self-prepared.
