How can i check status of my 2019 federal return that i amended on January 23, 2021? I checked IRS website they don't list my 2019 only 2020?

I received my state 2019 amended refund already.  I also had to amend my 2020 return so the only information i can get off the IRS website is for that year, not 2019.

It depends. You may need to wait a bit longer as the IRS has had to implement many changes in the last few weeks.  Trying using the following link to track your refund.

I've used that link but it's only giving me the option to check for my 2020 amended return not my 2019
