How can I change CA state Tax return that has been filed and accepted?

I need to add a 1099G to my state of California return.

A 1099G for what?  And don't you need to also add it to your federal return?

You can enter the form 1099-G in the federal section of TurboTax and the information entered will flow down to your state return automatically. You will see a couple of categories for it in the Other Common Income section which you will find in the Wages and Income section of TurboTax.
