How can I amend a return with a Schedule D when I have already filed using 1040A?

I already completed my return (1040A) and have filed.I just learned that I have to file a Schedule D for the sale of my parent's house my sisters and I inherited, and Schedule D can only be used with 1040, I think.

Yes, you can amend your tax return and include Schedule D if needed.

To include Schedule D in your amended return, you'll need to upgrade to TurboTax Premier. TurboTax will propose the upgrade when you start entering your information for your Schedule D.
