How can amend my return to fix mortgage interest deduction to conform to IRS mortgage amount limit of $750,000?

I received an IRS notice indicating an error in mortgage interest deduction. The interest deduction was calculated based on mortgage amount of $766,550. I need to amend my return with the correct interest deduction.
