How can a wrong e-file payment confirmation number be corrected?

I received a State tax e-file payment confirmation number from an Intuit sales associate. It was a wrong number and not accepted by Turbotax. How do I have it corrected?

My state refund shows issued 5/13 on franchise site. I had it direct deposit to my cash app, I confirmed act and routing number were correct. Why have I not got $?!
