Hidden fees for using TurboTax

Like a lot of people, my refund was lower than what it said it would be after I filed through TurboTax. I discovered that it's partly because of a Refund Processing Service fee if I use my refund to pay my TurboTax fees. It is not made clear that there is a fee if you do this and if I had known about it, I wouldn't have paid my fees that way. It is also not made clear that SBTPG will be handling my refund when you file through TurboTax. I am upset that these things were not made explicitly clear when I filed. Yes, this information can be found on your website if you dig for it but it's not obvious to the modern user that we need to dig for it. You're supposed to make the process easier for us, not make us feel like we can't trust you with our tax returns.

The extra fee is disclosed (more than once) and you had to click Agree.

I'm referring to the refund processing service fee, not the fees associated with using TurboTax to file. I even went back to my email confirming my order and the refund processing service fee does not appear anywhere. Considering how many other people have this same exact problem, I doubt that it's a very obvious additional charge.
