Hi, I submitted my taxes last night and it shows: Received by TurboTax -04/19/17 1:10 AM EDT Received by IRS - 04/19/17 :3:40AM EDTI am in PST. So was my return late?

No.  Your return was on time.  The second time is the time the IRS actually accepted your return.  What counts is the first time - the time you sent the return.  Also, its local time that matters, so it looks like you sent your return at 10:10PM local time, which is on time.  TurboTax shows EST there just because that is the local time of the IRS office
