Last year I believe when I filed and checked where's my refund after it was accepted I got the path act message. This year I'm just getting tax topic 152.

I believe last year I got the path act message on where's my refund when I checked but this year I'm just getting the tax topix 152 generic message.....does it eventually change to the Path Act message after a while? I filed this year on the 28th and got accepted the next day, the 29th.

Guess I need to wait a few days for it to change over to the message?

I believe last year I had tax topic 152 for a few days and then it went to losing my bars and refund amount to the path pact message until the 16th then it all came back with a dd date. I think when its still in tax topic 152 the return is still processing and when its done it will go to the path act message until the 16th when they can update for a deposit date. I have had no problems getting mine back on the week of the 20th of February when the path act junk started. I remember when it went to the path act message I was able to get my transcripts showing it has been processed. The path act message just tells us why we are having to wait. We will probably get switched to the path act message in a few days.
