this refund advance is false advertising its not a refund advance its only a few days between before you get your full tax refund . It's a waste of time then on top of that because i filed free i was charged 80.00 to upgrade to live in order to speak to customer service to get information on why i haven't been notified. I have contacted first century bank NA and they stated we are waiting on IRS to accept your return to get the email from us to see if you are approved to receive the refund loan from First Century Bank NA which is different then First Century bank not containing the NA at the end. The correct customer service number for the correct bank First Century Bank NA is 1-888-679-8122.
