First, there is no Married Single. It is "Married Filing Separately." But you said you amended to Married Joint for 2019. So, for your 2020 Joint return efile, use the Married Joint 2019 AGI. If that doesn't work, try using 0 (zero) instead. Please understand that this is an issue at the IRS end, and TT cannot change that.
Yes, married filing separately. I was frustrated with turbo tax because I paid alot and had a rep call me after getting through the question chat, only to be disconnected after explaining the problem and she didn't call me back. I didn't want to start all over. For future reference, I put on my return that I did not file a return because that is what my 2019 transcript said, although I did, and it shows up in my tax account. And I just got a notice it went through.
