Help! Just realized that my Efile DID NOT go thru on 4/15! I sent the money & never got an accepted note. I just filed so its pending. What will happen??

Expect the IRS to send you a bill for a late filing penalty.  If you sent the money timely then you are ok for the payment side of the transaction. If you asked for the payment to be debited when you filed then that info was not sent so also expect a late payment penalty as well.
