I need to change my bank account information before the 15th for my money to go onto my card I changed Banks

Sorry if you already filed it is too late to change it. If the bank rejects your deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.

If this is all about the child tax credit payments there will be a portal on the IRS site sometime in August where you can change banking information, but it is not ready yet.
