Hello My taxes were supposed to be paid one month ago (I gave my account number but nothing happened). Is there a 4 before the routing number?

Last year they were overdue so I ended up paying with credit card which had a fee. Please help.

Balance due returns are not being processed right now which could account for the delay in payment ... also the payment is not due until 7/15 so you have time to make the payment online if needed ... use the direct debit option to avoid fees ...  https://www.irs.gov/payments

How you chose to pay the taxes owed will be on the Filing Instructions page included with your tax return.

Sign onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down and click on Add a State.  This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
