Hello, just got off the phone with the IRS, they told me they sent my 2016 to my tax preparer. Over a month ago, I have not seen that payment come through to my account. Where is it?

TurboTax does not receive any type of tax refund.  Using the TurboTax software the tax return is self-prepared.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted.  The third party processor will then deduct the fees and attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
