@Tmartin23  how did you have them make a case for you did you have to show your transcripts or something or what did you say to them for them to help you when you talked to them

When I made my very first email I provided a screenshot of the where's my refund info and my transcripts showing it was sent to them . Yesterday on the website it showed my case closed which was nerve racking but it all made since because I received my refund today. @Cagex11

This was our first year using turbo tax I will not ever use it again the irs website says its been delayed but the site shows it completed I should have used hr block no one with turbo tax will even help

I just checked my transcripts today and I’m getting my refund on 3/9. However I won’t get the rest of my money until 3/15 because it’s on PATH hold. Now I’m not too worried or anxious anymore but hopefully I receive my money. 😭😭

So apparently the lady told me they were still processing my refund she told me to call back next week @Tmartin23

Well still waiting for my refund on news at all I have e-mailed tpg I get the same story we don't have it please check irs tool ya right tool says its been sent since February 8th

It doesn't matter. I payed them direct and they still had no answers for me. Been waiting since Jan 24
