Haven’t received my state

Haven’t received my state

State tax returns are processed and paid separately.  Start by making sure your state tax return was actually submitted and accepted.  Note that the state return is not transmitted by Turbotax until after your Federal e-filed return is accepted, even if you file them at the same time.  If your federal return had to be mailed for some reason, you also need to mail your state return.  Or if your federal return was delayed, you may need to log in now and re-transmit your state tax return, or print and mail it.  (Also, if printing is needed, you must do this.  Turbotax does not print and mail your returns for you since they need and original signature in ink.)

If your state tax return has been successfully transmitted and accepted by the state then it is up to them to process it.  Check the link above for instructions on how to contact your state.
