I used turbotax to file my taxes for the first time this year. The IRS sent it to SBTPG for the fees on February 9th, I filed on January 31st. I have having an impossible time trying to contact a live person that can help me figure out what is going on. Every time I call SBTPG, they say that my return was sent with the current date. It's been saying that since they received my refund. Please help me out

No, I have received no communication from the company. No response to submitted inquiries and I'm not able to get to talk to someone live on the phone. I have no emails from them at all.
Please call the IRS at this specific number: 800-919-9835 to initiate a trace. Then your bank can use the trace ID to review where your refund was deposited.
