had to block card because of fraud, how do I update with new card to receive remaining funds

Call the number on the back of the card.

You cannot change where the deposit is going after the return has been accepted ... any further refunds will be in the form of a mailed check. If you had to change cards within the same company you can ask them if they can forward the deposit to the new account number but I doubt they will.

If you were having the TT fees withheld from your federal refund then you can try calling the third party processing bank and see if they can update the account number ... but there is nothing TT can do for you with this situation.
