Double check your efile status here     https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

Was it accepted?  Does it say Ready to Mail when you log in to your Timeline?

Have not received state refund. A check states not received or processed. How do we check the problem. Federal received two week ago.

Federal and state refunds are sent separately, each on its own timetable, so check your state's tax website for the status
