About how long has it been since you filed? Did you efile, or did you print, sign, and mail the return?
If you efiled, double-check with this tool to be sure the returns were efiled successfully and accepted:
https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp
If that showed it was accepted (or if you mailed the return), what do you see at the IRS website below for the status of your Federal refund?
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
NOTE: When entering your refund amount, use only the Federal refund amount and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund. The figure is shown on your 2018 Federal Form 1040, Line 20a.
If that IRS tool shows that the refund has been sent, but you never received it, report back for more info.
If the IRS tool says it is still "being processed", and if it's been longer than 21 days, we can tell you how to speak to a live agent at the IRS to see if they can tell you anything about the delay.

You only answered one of several questions I asked above. Without the other info, we don't know what to recommend. Please read my first comment above with all the instructions and answer what you found with the 2 tools I provided.
I'm not a tax person and can't tell you anything about "Head of Household" filing status, but I can help you find out the status of your returns. If you need help in understanding anything about an HOH filing status, I can ask someone to help you in that regard.
@Hal_Al When you are next in the forum, are you please able to provide this user information on the Head of Household filing status. Their situation is in a comment above. Thanks!
"The problem is that my aunt is the person I take care of,in a convalescent facility"
To qualify you for Head of Household (HoH) filing status, your dependent must live with you, for more than half the year. The only exception is if your dependent is your parent. So a dependent aunt, that lives somewhere else, does not qualify you for HoH. She can still (possibly) qualify as your dependent, but cannot qualify you for HoH.
