With EIC and ACTC? Short answer ,no.

In my experience, WMR updates the Saturday after the 15th (which would be this Saturday) with a ddd for the following wee.. Last year my WMR updated

Saturday 2/17 with a ddd of 2/22, but I recv'd my refund 2/16 before wmr even updated, but I use a prepaid card.

So, hopefully the end of the week brings good news. Hope this helps.
