How long ago did you mail it in?

I did it online on 3/22/19.  I added my 3rd son to my return on turbo tax

You cannot Efile an amended return.  You can prepare it online, but then it must be printed, signed and mailed in for processing.

TurboTax has no information about the status of your amended return. Did you mail the Form 1040X amended return? It cannot be e-filed. You have to print it, sign it, and file it by mail. If you didn't mail it, you didn't file it.

If you mailed the amended return, when did you mail it? The normal processing time for an amended return is up to 16 weeks from when the IRS receives it. Starting about 3 weeks after you mailed it you can check the status at the following link on the IRS web site.
