If you are talking about the settlement agreement between TurboTax and the state attorneys general, I don't think they have sent out any payments yet. If you are a Covered Consumer you will get a letter or email before the payment is sent. Most TurboTax users are not Covered Consumers.

The payment will not come from TurboTax or from Intuit. It will come from the Fund Administrator.

@dmb060473 - I suspect no payments have gone out because Intuit and the Federal Trade Commission have not settled THEIR differences.  A hearing is scheduled for March, 2023 so I would not anticipate any payments prior to then.
