Has anyone been approved from NY state?

I haven't. I filed and was accepted on Jan 25th.

I was "approved". I receive an update on the nys tax refund site saying I needed to provide additional information and that a letter had been sent to me. The next day it's updated saying that an amended refund was sent out and scheduled to be deposited into my account on the 16th. I'll have to wait and see if i get any sort of letter or get a deposit.

I'm guessing that most people should have their state refund by the end of February, brando. 15-30 days is what NYS has been saying. Judging by that then we should have an updated status in the next week or so.

I received my state, however it doesn't reflect on this site (still says accepted , not approved).  So I guess they're getting delayed  information from the IRS this year. Hope everything works out well for you. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the updates, brando! My status flipped on the ny wmr site yesterday. Went from accepted to approved with a ddd of 2/17

Just waiting on the feds to get to it now. Hoping those with eitc get a quick turn around after today. But at least state will tide us over til the big checks cut.
