Got way less on my returns

My returns are over 1,000 dollars off and I need to get it back. Idk what could have possibly been fairly taken away and I would like to do what I need to get that money

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

After I click the link I put in the info needed and it just says I entered it wrong??? This is stressing me out and it said I would be getting 3,846 back and I did not

You have to enter the Social Security number, the Filing Status and the Whole dollar amount of the federal tax refund as reported on the Form 1040 that was filed.  Line 34 of the form shows the federal tax refund amount.
