Got notice CP74 on March 5th for filing form 8862 stating I was good. says it’ll be within 6 weeks now for my refund. I filed February 9th, still waiting. Anyone else?

The notice said I didn’t have to do anything else. Is anyone else in this situation? My wmr still says “tax return is still being processed” no bars and it says a refund date will be provided when available.

The IRS will release the refund within the 6 weeks like the letter said. There have been some taxpayers in your situation who saw their refund within 4 weeks, some said it was right at 6 weeks. if you do not get your refund within the specified time frame (6 weeks) call the IRS and let them know you still do not have your refund.
