Got charged ??

I know that there are always the questions and offers about upgrading to a beter version. But after I did all my taxes and with my discounts and everything it said the package I had was free. I even went to check on the "view order details" once my tax return got accepted and it still says that my total is "Free" . So why did I get charged?

That's what I'm saying though.. I already did all of that and looked at "my fees" and it says it should all be free . But I somehow still got charged 😕
