Why does my state form that i printed say "do not file" and "form not final". The home page says my state refund was completed february 6th

when i downloaded and printed my returns, the state form says "do not file" and "form not final". please help

Go to add a state but your not adding  it will let you download Their just follow what it tells you to download 2016
