Getting an error message

I'm trying to input the affordable act (1095A) information to create form 8962, but an error is coming up saying;

Hmm, looks like we hit a snag.  We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your information is correct.  

All my information is correct.  What can I do?

Getting an error message

I have the exact same problem. I have been troubleshooting all day and nothing fixes this. Seems to be a specific problem with the desktop software. Any attempt to use or edit the Affordable Care Act 1095-A section causes the "looks like we hit a snag" error and there is nothing that can be done to work around it. My e-file is being rejected every time only because of that single form not working. I have tried a clean install and jumping directly to that part of the return without entering any info beforehand and the error still occurs, so it is a software issue and not a profile issue. Intuit, please create an update for the software that fixes this issue. Let me know if you need any other specific reproduction steps in order to create a fix (but a fresh install and clicking on that section to get the error is all you really need to know).
