Geirgia tax refund not processed

more details. both federal and Georgia were filed and accepted on the 31 of jan. already have federal refund in bank. I try Georgia "wheres my refund" and it doesn't recognize my ss# or dollar amount. any phone numbers they list on website are only automated. I cannot get through to a real person.
