gardy larochelle fraud irs identity

received a letter from IRS , supposedly as an E A agent in quite familiar with them. it was signed by a Gardy Larochelle , i known suspected fraud as i found out but a "former" i hope director of return verification ops as signed.  BEWARE they ask private info but will Not verify any backup verification. why wont the fbi or irs shut this down/

i filed a formal complaint immediately with the FBI, BEWARE

could be they are located in a foreign country or there could be many people sending out such letters using that name.
