GA State filing amended via mail, but “check my returns” page will not load?

TurboTax instructed me to file my state return via mail because I had to amend it. I had to amend it because it would not allow me to correct information that was incorrectly input. Now that I’m trying to complete the state return, the page will not load. This has been happening for days, I’ve even tried on multiple computers. Is anyone else having this problem? How can I complete my state return so that I can print and file it via mail?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

I didn’t get a chance to try this because I ended up getting a W-2 and once I added it, everything worked fine again. Thank you for your advice. I’ll be sure to keep it in mind in the future!
